Cancellations are not accepted
Since this activity includes crater access, changes and cancellations are not permitted once the booking is confirmed. This is due to the National Park's permit system. If weather conditions prevent the cable car from operating, the National Park visit will include an alternative hike, and the difference between the price of the Teide Tour without the cable car and the Peak Ascent will be refunded. In this case, the price will be €52 per adult and €26 per child. If the cable car is operating but Teide National Park staff have closed the trail to the peak, the cable car will be taken to La Rambleta, followed by an alternative hike. In this case, the difference between the price of the Teide Tour with the cable car and the Peak Ascent will be refunded. In this case, the price will be €92 per adult and €46 per child.
