Steven R Goldey, CPA has been a Florida certified public accountant for 37 years. He received his undergraduate B.S. from the University of Florida. His college education was completed with an M.S. with high honors from California State University East Bay in Accounting with a specialty in Taxation. For 12 years he worked at one of the world’s largest public accounting firms and several years with prominent large local firms. For 26 years, Mr. Goldey developed and operated his own Miami Beach accounting firm with 800 clients upon the sale/merger in November 2020. He stayed on for one year to assist in a smooth transition. Mr. Goldey’s largest niche of clients were involved in the real estate industry including brokerages, developers, associates, and investors both domestic and international. Presently, Mr. Goldey has a very select consulting practice of real estate investors. In particular, he consults with buyers interested in purchasing property in the Canary Islands, whether for investment, to establish residency or as a vacation home depending on the needs and best results for the client. Mr. Goldey is an active traveler, enjoying a healthy life style of fitness and careful nutrition.
